Handcrafted Products
Due to their handcrafted nature, many of our products are created one-at-a-time, not massed produced. Therefore, each work of art may vary slightly in size, color, form, and texture…adding a unique quality to each item.
Payment Options
VISA, MasterCard, Discover, cash, checks, and traveler’s checks are all gladly accepted. Because of the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our merchandise we are not able to offer layaway.
Return Policy
Any work purchased through Botticelli’s may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt if the item is in the original condition, undamaged, and has original packaging. Returns without a receipt may; be items may be made within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. Note: When no receipt is available, current store price will be utilized.
Gift Wrap
Many of our items can be gift wrapped. Please inquire when purchasing.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates, in any amount, are a great choice for every occasion. Unsure what to buy? Gift certificates may be the perfect option! Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Shipping Policy
We are happy to ship your purchase. All items shipped will be insured for the full value. We do not charge a handling fee for shipping. Instead, your credit card will be billed for only the actually cost of shipping and insuring your item. We hip most items by UPS or the United States Postal Service.
